Eyeliner pigment 104 – Admiral

Eyeliner pigment 104 – Admiral is a full blue pigment which is fantastic for clients with blue eyes. This pigment gives the most natural results for clients with a cool undertone.

Note: the appearance of the pigment color in the skin may be different from the appearance in the bottle and on paper due the added undertone of the skin. It is up to you to educate yourself and make the right color choice.

Organic pigment line

This eyeliner pigment is of the Nouveau Contour Organic Line. This pigments are 100% organic and free from iron oxides. The pigments contains less alcohol. The result? A higher concentration of pigment will remain in the skin, resulting in bright colors. An additional advantage is that the low concentration of alcohol will dry out the pigment less quickly.
