Shipping
Orders placed before 2 P.M. on working days will be shipped the same day. Delivery time may take 1-2 business days and consider that it may take around 3-5 business days (in total) to be delivered to you, from the day you order to the day it arrives. Unfortunately, We do not ship to Australia, China & USA.
UK BREXIT update: due to the new customs import procedures severe delays with UK deliveries can occur. Unfortunately we cannot influence this.
Please consider the above when placing your order. Most orders are delivered in time, but please allow for delays. We will do our utmost best to deliver your order in time.
Shipping costs
Netherlands
For all orders above €150,-, shipping is FREE. For orders of €150,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €7,65
EU countries
For all orders above €250,-, shipping is FREE. For orders of €250,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €30.
Non-EU countries
For all orders above €400,-, shipping is FREE. For orders of €400,- and under, we charge a flat rate for shipping of €40.
Tracking info
Once your order ships, you will receive an update with your tracking number from our forwarder. Please note that all the shipments can be tracked via the website of our forwarder.
Refunds and returns
Once your order is paid and you have received an order confirmation, your order will be processed. At this point, it is not possible to cancel or change your order anymore. Please review your order carefully before confirming and submitting payment.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the products within 14 days of receiving your package. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. All returned items must be unused, complete, clean, and in their original packaging. Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we will refund the purchase amount excluding the original shipping costs.
We are unable to issue refunds for products that have been used, opened, damaged, incomplete, dirty, or otherwise not in their original resaleable condition.
Should you receive a defective product, please provide us with photos and videos of the problem and we will be happy to replace this for you (at our expense). Please contact us at info@nouveaucontour.com directly if you encounter this and we will be happy to assist you!
If your package is extremely delayed (as can happen sometimes with international shipments), you may contact us if you prefer a refund on your order. We can provide refunds on the product cost + the shipping cost, if the package can be returned to us and/or the delay of the shipping is due to our fault or the fault of our shipping agent. However, we cannot provide full refunds if the package is still on its way to your address, or if the package is undeliverable due to the mailing address being submitted incorrectly to us. In these cases, the shipping fee may not be refunded to you. Please check your address details carefully when submitting your order.
